boyfriend's eyebrows

alrighty, so my boyfriend had THE BUSHIEST eyebrows ever and i really wanted to groom them. I didn't want to make them so groomed and cleaned like a pair of girl eyebrows but enough to be see his eyes :] soooo i did some tweezing, trimming, and even shaving for the little hairs and this is what i've created. I've never done guy eyebrows before and I am quite happy and satisfied with the results!

and this is him doing i have no idea... but he's a camera whore and he had just got his hair cut and i liked these pictures too ^_^ but anyways...he's the best boyfriend ever because he let's me do this sorta stuff to him and he doesn't mind too much. next time i should post some pictures of what i let him do to my face :p yes...i let him put colorful makeup eyeshadows on me and i have to say i am impressed. that's probably because he is a graphic design major and he should know good color combinations and stuff! he better! :]

EOTD

i have been very very lazy as you can see i have not blogged for quite a while :[ i havent even been doing anything! i bought a couple of those revlon creame shadow palettes and they work great for bases! i used a color for a base today. i got the va va va bloom 07 and skinlights 08 illuminance creame shadows. i really like the skinlights one because they are neutral tones and can work well with any color applied on top.





it's just a quick EOTD look. i used:
+ the third color from revlon skinlights creame shadow palette as a base
+ NYX yellow pearl
+ milani coffee shop [dry]
+ lancome dill [shimmer]
+ mary kay spun silk for highlighter
+ ELF liquid liner in black
+ lancome eye pencil in noir for waterline and then set with NYX black shadow
+ ELF mascara

i used a lot of random shadows since i was bored at home with nothing to do. hopefully i can a lot more eye looks this summer :p i hope everyone out there is staying cool!

bright shimmers

alright so i haven't posted for a while and i thought that it would be fun to post a FOTD look since i haven't before. yay! i was bored just playing with some bright colors; mainly loose shimmer shadows. here's some pictures!

-palladio herbal mineraleyes in gold rush
- NYC in smokey topaz
- jane eyezing in millionaire
- mac fluidline to line top and waterline

just a bunch of fun random colors :] here's a full shot of my face.



i just used my maybelline power minerals foundation and blush :] and some sheer burt's bees chapstick. i'll take some more detailed pictures next time for the next FOTD. this makeup blog thing is so exciting! i hope whoever is reading this keeps on reading!

lancome haul!

alright so i went shopping with my mommy and macy's was having a great deal at the lancome counter and my mommy LOVES lancome! so...if we bought any item, we got their summer bag with samples for $28.50 and if we spent $29.50 we got the free gift. my mom was being generous and she bought two artliners!! one for herself and one for me! yay! i got their icy black because i already have noir and i loveeee their artliners! so...after trading free samples with my mommy, i got the cute paris colored bag along with some other goodies! yay for mommy!

drugstore haul

alright! so finally my blog is up and running and i wonder if i'll even get people to read this since there are already so many wonderful makeup/beauty gurus out there. it doesnt hurt to try though :] my site looks pretty awesome thanks to my talented, aspiring graphics design boyfriend <3 anyways...heres my haul from the past couple of weeks!! ive been waiting for my blog to get decorated and now that it is...i can get rolling!

i bought the l'oreal de-crease eyeshadow base since i noticed many say that it's a pretty good primer for half the price of the udpp. saving money makes kawaiikao happy!! i was running low on my bareminerals foundation so i ran out and got the maybelline mineral power foundation along with a couple oh blushes. i have to say that after using them for a couple of weeks, i love love love them! i decided to try the nyc eyebrow filler pencil because i was running low on my covergirl ones, and i thought it would be fun to try nyc's correcter stick. the nyc eyebrow pencil is a little more creamier than i like it to be, but it works! i also got a jesse's girl loose eyeshadow [the only bad thing is that there is no sifter and it gets everywhere!].
