He exposes her to new things like snowboarding and going to J-rock concerts; she’s a girly girl. He strums melodies while she sings, something she rarely does around others. She’s a lovesick doll who wishes that this would last her her whole life to come. She doesn’t care if others say they’re young; they love each other to death and she would rather die than live a minute without her Andy.

i'm back!

I'm back from the snow and as you ladies know I purchased my snowboard that I finally got to use!! I want to go back up to Big Bear and play in the SOFT snow due to the two storms we had at the beginning of the past week. I'm so bummed that I missed the second pow wow but since pink is moving to cali soon, i know there will be many pow wows to come. I WILL meet you ladies soon!

yes...i wore this while boarding so i could protect my skin from the sun!! my friend was like...you can't even tell if you're a girl or a boy..OH WELL! i didn't get burned or tanned and...i love it :] plus, the bandanna kept my face warm once the temperatures started to drop!


he likes to have white skin too so we basically look the same all covered up :p

this was the view going up to big bear. beautiful!! i miss it so much...i can't wait to go back :] i want to go to mammoth!

bobbi brown makeup manual

since i work at a book store, i was perusing the aisles and saw this hardcore bobbi brown makeup manual book. it has great pictures and the content is for new and advanced makeup lovers like us! she talks about anything from essential brushes, tools, prepping, foundation, lips, eyes, all the way to how to get into the makeup business and possibly start your own line. i found this book incredibly intriguing and thought you gals would like a little taste of what was inside :]

so i thought this book covered everything from basic to complex. she even shows how to match colors for different skin types and ethnicities...she even included some tips for girls that are mixed and how to incorporate looks that would suit them! love love love :]

it's a great book and it's something to add to your christmas list. it only comes in hardcover since it's pretty new, but i believe you can get it at barnes and noble for about $22 [you save 20% if you're a b&n member!], and maybe $21 on amazon. i love her how to on under eye makeup. it's great :] comes with how to pictures as well :]

mag haul

so i said i would post my mag haul from lil tokyo in downtown la...sorry i've lagged but this past week was just finals for me...focus on finals meant lots of fun and play time for a whole month until school starts again. so...here's the three mags i got. the other ones didn't phase me too much...i mainly got these ones for the little bags they came with :p

i usually only get cancam, vivi, ray, or egg. egg didn't have any fun hootchie mama looks though [and the hootchie mamas in japan are just...not anything like our hootchies in socal :p they do it with class :p]





and on the other side it has the little pocket to put the packet of tissues! how cute!

and this magazine store is great...they don't try to rip you off like the other japanese markets. these magazines only cost around $10 and if it's in the old issue [which one of the mags i got IS], they sell them for a cheaper prize. i don't mind looking at last month's issue! ;D

late thanksgiving

so this is the look i wore for thanksgiving...heh...yes i know i am late, but i am so lazy/trying to studying for finals blahh. andy and i went to eat lunch with some friends...you so. cal. girls should be familiar with guppies...if not...do so! their brick toast is to die for!

my lips are nice and glossy red thanks to missha moisture lipstick in RD301. it's this fairly new/cheap korean brand [found in rowland heights, their diamond plaza]...they're nose peels are GREATTT! they actually get in the corners and grab all those little white things out :] but what i love about this lippie is that it actually conditions your lips and the color stay is pretty good for $1...yes...$1...that's because i got it when they had their grand opening sale for the month...not sure how much it is now though.

the cheeks have milani's luminous blush [i've been using this a lot!!] and mac's msf in light flush. love love love light flush...i'm addicted thanks to pink!

and the eyes...oh the eyes...nyx yellow pearl from their gold trio [inner corner], and simply l'oreal HIP metallic duo in gunmetal. i used the green on the right for the outter corner and the green on the left for the crease. and of course mac sunday best as my highlight. blend blend and voila! and of course mac blacktrack fluidline and cg lashblast. it's amazing how nice lashes can look if you actually take the time to curl and coat them...i like fake lashes but i'm just lazy to wear them all the time >.<>

i wish all of my pictures look like this...since my boyfriend is the photographer, his camera is a lot more nicer [and expensive], and the quality of the pictures..oh how my heart swoons! if you're reading this, babies i love you and thanks for taking pictures of me :] and that's all! i shall update you gals on my snowboard pictures and my recent japanese mag haul since i went to lil tokyo for lunch friday afternoon :]

i tried...

so i tried to recreate a look similar to fuz's mm look. i have the same palette [that i got from aya!!] yeeeep. it came out quite nice but the dumb pictures...UGHH! the look so washed out and it looks like i'm wearing nothing :[



i like how my cheek color and lips came out though :] i used..i think milani's luminous on my cheeks and...HIP jelly pot in delectable [ i love these but i hate dipping my fingers in them grrr!]

ughh stupid lighting..it looked ok on the screen but then on my computer screen it looks washed out. but i did use the green on the top lid and i used the dark blue on my lower lashline with black kohl liner. oh well...i have better pictures of this green/gold look i did. that's to come soon :]

lolita loot!

yay!! so i finally found my camera so i could post my wonderful prize swag from the lovely ms. tia and i must say...she's so generous! i already flew through the book and found some great tips for the girl on the go. love love love! here's a couple of pix i'd like to share :]
